MARKHAM SATIN SEALER is a clear concrete sealer for precast walls and concrete blocks. MARKHAM SATIN SEALER is a high performance solvent based concrete sealer that produces a clear, non-yellowing, low sheen, "wet look" when applied to the surface of concrete precast and masonry concrete blocks

This product is supplied in 20L pails. Orders before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders after this cut off will dispatched the following working day. Being a solvent based product this is freighted as a UN class 3 Flammable DG.
MARKHAM SATIN SEALER is applied by Brush or Roller application. We recommend any application is completed by a qualified professional painting contractor using a "wet edge" procedure.
MARKHAM SATIN SEALER is solvent based with low VOC, and is thinned with Aromatic 100 thinners.

MARKHAM SATIN SEALER is a suitable concrete sealer for interior/exterior concrete applications, providing a surface seal with resistance to water, efflorescence, uv light, abrasion, staining, fungus and mildew. MARKHAM SATIN SEALER is not recommended for non-porous surfaces.
