CONQOR B25 is an advanced concrete admixture for stability and workability.

CONQOR B25 concrete workability admixture is a sustainable colloidal silica-based admixture that is used to enhance the stability and workability of fresh concrete mixes. When mixed in concrete it produces a rheology-modifying hydrogel within the matrix of the fresh concrete that enhances the plastic properties of concrete such as stability, cohesion, and workability.

CONQOR B25 is designed to be used in ready-mix concrete or shotcrete, to be utilized in any below or above ground, exposed, or submerged concrete structure. CONQOR B25 is processed and modified from a sustainable geothermal process, that has previously been used for power generation.

Licensed to use the ECNZ ecolabel, which is recognized by GBCA and NZGBC.

Why is CONQOR B25 so helpful for concrete placement?

CONQOR B25 concrete workability admixture is designed to be used in ready-mix concrete or shotcrete, to be utilised in any below or aboveground, exposed, or submerged concrete structure.

  • Hydrates cementitious material to enhance mix and long-term durability.
  • Helps the concrete to remain cohesive to meet strength and performance requirements.
  • Improves ability to pump through boom or line pump.
  • Can provide concrete that can be placed with little or no vibration or compaction.

  • As a result of improved workability, finish control is usually easier.
  • Can reduce formwork pressure enabling higher pour heights.

How CONQOR B25 works.

The core technology is colloidal silica hydrogel. When mixed into the concrete, nano-size colloidal silica reacts with the calcium hydroxide to form a hydrogel that works inside the mix from batching, pump and placing through to the initial set. CONQOR B25 enhances the rheology and plasticity of the mix, resulting in greatly improved workability and stability.

CONQOR B25 concrete workability admixture is supplied to suit the cubic meterage of the mix, based on the requirements of the mix design. CONQOR B25 is available to readymix plants in either 20 litre drums (minimum order quantity) or 1000 litre IBC totes.

This approach ensures your specific project gets the correct treatment and ensures effective quality control.
