Geraldton Wharf – Permeability Testing Report

A team from MARKHAM Australia were on site at the Geraldton Wharf, to support representatives from the Marine Civil and Maintenance (MCM) in conducting initial tests with the GWT. The concrete for the Geraldton Port was tested from the deck and core samples from the soffit.

The concrete was tested before the application of the AQURON 7000 was applied and after the AQURON 7000 was applied to the concrete. The data illustrates and proves the effectiveness of the AQURON to reduce the permeability of the concrete structure.

The application of the AQURON 7000 System successfully met the specifications set by Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec to achieve a decrease in concrete permeability by at least 50% when compared to the concrete without the AQURON 7000 system.
