London Luton Airport Authority approved Buckingham Construction Group to use AQURON treatments to waterproof the 12,000m2 top deck of this car park instead of a traditional surface membrane.
AQURON 300 and AQURON 2000 were used to create a 0-maintenance internal waterproofing barrier. This approach is called the TOP-TECT system.
Very regrettably, this structure was partially burned due a vehicle fault fire in October 2023, and is being demolished.
