They require low-volume doses, making logistics and storage more cost-effective for ready-mix & precast producers.. Best of all, colloidal silica admixtures enhance the rheology of the mix, making it easier to place and finish.
- CONQOR B50 admixture is sourced from a by-product of geothermal industry. This advanced durability & waterproofing admixture permanently protects the concrete.

What is CIVIL-TECT®?
This is the full MARKHAM experience providing product supply, installation, QA and finally a project-specific warranty will be offered based on asset condition and extent of works. These performance warranties are typically a minimum of 15 years.
This is in comparison to product supply only, where application is outside MARKHAM control, warranty is limited to replacement of product.

Hydrogel treatments are permanent, as they react within the concrete to produce new C-S-H. Therefore they do not need to be re-applied.
For the full TECT system MARKHAM experience, a project-specific warranty will be offered based on asset condition and extent of works. These performance warranties are typically a minimum of 15 years. For product supply only, where application is outside MARKHAM control, warranty is limited to replacement of product.
Firstly, the TECT systems involve a project-specific approach and typically involve several products working together. Secondly, the TECT systems carry a performance-based project-specific warranty, due to MARKHAM being able to provide installation and quality control on site. Single products are still of the highest quality, and can provide effective protection when the customer follows the application procedure correctly. Single products carry a standard product replacement warranty.
All products are available in 20 litre drums. Some products can be supplied in 1000 litre totes for bulk usage – please enquire.
Yes. The hydrogel treatment creates fresh C-S-H inside the concrete – concrete’s own building molecule. There is nothing foreign introduced. There is no residual coating. Therefore any coating or paint designed to be applied to bare concrete can safely be applied to hydrogel-treated concrete.
No. Hydrogel products are nil VOC, nil toxin, nil odour, and safe for the environment. They are water based and are licensed to use the ECA envirolabel.
Typically, less physical volume of treatment or admixture will be required, compared to commonly-used equivalents in the market. This means reduced transport cost and storage space is required. The products are water-based and weigh the equivalent of the same volume of water – not including packaging.
