CONQOR PROTECT is a spray-applied colloidal silica treatment for concrete densifying, curing assistance, controlling moisture migration, molecular binding, and durability.
WHAT IS CONQOR PROTECT?
The use of CONQOR PROTECT will significantly protect concrete from carbonation, dusting and early deterioration. CONQOR PROTECT eliminates moisture migration in floor slabs to avoid adhesion issues with direct-stick floor coverings.
CONQOR PROTECT is an ideal product for concrete or other masonry surfaces to be painted or coated since it enhances the bonding quality of the surface. CONQOR PROTECT prevents peeling, cracking and loss of bond caused by capillary moisture; and also arrests internal chemical reactions that can cause premature ageing.
CONQOR PROTECT will not alter the appearance or texture of the concrete surface, making it ideal for use on all new or existing concrete installations. These include precast, slabs, soffits, decks, hardstands, basements, parking garage decks, sidewalks and driveways.

HOW CONQOR PROTECT SPRAY-ON WORKS.
CONQOR PROTECT is a permanent, clear treatment/preservative/sealant solution for new or old concrete. CONQOR PROTECT will seal the concrete internally, stop moisture migration and significantly preserve its embedded steel. CONQOR PROTECT has a highly reactive catalytic agent which reacts with free alkali and/or alkaline hydrates internally producing a silica hydrogel which fills the pore spaces and the voids around aggregate. The alkali is converted to a neutral compound structure, reducing the potential for internal chemical reactions. More density is added, additional bonding strength is provided and concrete is permanently hydrostatically sealed from within.

CONQOR PROTECT penetrating hydrogel is a spray-applied. The sprayer must have sufficient pressure and tip size to atomise the spray. CONQOR PROTECT can be applied to new or existing concrete.
