At a number of locations within this structure, the concrete walls were found to have rebar cover lower than the architect’s specification.
Rather than demolish and re-cast these sections of the structure, Careys Civil Engineering selected the application of AQURON 2000 to waterproof the concrete and increase its durability, bringing it up to the standards required in the original specification.
