Preserving history at Perth Concert Hall

The Perth Concert Hall was originally constructed in 1973. Its brutalist design involved a lot of exposed precast concrete!

In 2014, the concrete facade pillars and other elements of the Perth Concert Hall were treated with water repellent AQURON 1200 – part of MARKHAM’s INFRA-TECT® system. This helps preserve the natural appearance of concrete exposed to the weather.

The Hall is undergoing redevelopment works during 2025.

UPDATE 2025: CONQOR REPEL now replaces AQURON 1200. Same technology, with new look label!
