At the Silverdale Town Centre in Auckland, lightweight construction methods were used for this car park, leading to rolling loads causing the concrete to flex much more than traditional methods.
The TOP-TECT waterproofing system was supplied and applied by MARKHAM, and ensures robust waterproofing for 6,000 m2 of concrete decks.
