CONQOR 87B WATERSTOP is a delayed-swell waterstop gasket.

CONQOR 47B and 87B waterstops are butyl hydrophilic polymer based gasket, which has a built-in delay system that activates after approximately 8-24 hours of constant exposure to water.

CONQOR waterstops are manufactured utilizing a specialized mixing process which encapsulates hydrophilic materials into a rubber base creating a controlled, moisture-activated gasket. This gasket has the structural integrity of a rubber-based sealant; the features of a butyl sealant; as well as the ability to expand to create a SELF-HEALING JOINT MATERIAL.

Stop premature expansion! Traditional waterstops can swell prematurely in wet conditions, while waiting for neighbouring slabs to be poured. This premature expansion reduces or removes the useful effect of the gasket.

How CONQOR 87B works.

CONQOR WATERSTOPS are unique sealing gaskets that expand in a controlled fashion when exposed to moisture, forming a compression seal in concrete joints.
