Datacom Facilities – Wynyard Quarter

The Datacom Facilities built by Fletcher Construction was awarded a Five Star, NZ Green Star design rating, bringing 1,200 staff together from five locations into one impressive collaborative working environment.

MARKHAM was contracted to seal the car park with AQURON 1000 anti-dust sealing and hardening treatment, supplied and applied by one party.

This is what the INFRA-TECT system comprised for that project.

INFRA-TECT is tailored to project requirements, suitable for any infrastructure with exposed concrete, even car parks where line marking and floor coatings will be installed later on. The treatment is compatible with any coating that is suitable for use on untreated concrete.

The treatment prevents dusting for years to come, reducing the maintenance costs that will be required for this concrete.

It does not contribute to tyre squeal, and it is not a surface sealer. Therefore no application is required years later.
