WHAT IS AQURON 1000?
AQURON 1000 is a spray-applied colloidal silica hydrogel concrete treatment to increase durability for new and existing concrete.
AQURON 1000 concrete sealer is our most popular concrete surface durability treatment for exposed concrete floor slabs. AQURON 1000 provides enhanced concrete curing and permanent porosity sealing. Its deep penetrating hardening provides excellent long-term durability under load and traffic stresses.
This treatment enhances the service life of concrete floors in factories, warehouses and data centres. It plays a key role in substrate preparation for the sheen of retail floors.

AQURON 1000 SPRAY-ON
Ultimate for burnished concrete floorslabs
AQURON 1000 penetrating hydrogel is a spray-applied. The sprayer must have sufficient pressure and tip size to atomise the spray. AQURON 1000 can be applied to new or existing concrete.
- Applied over a number of passes
- Coverage rate of about 6-10 m² per litre, depending on the absorbency of the concrete.
- MARKHAM recommends applying AQURON 1000 to concrete during the curing stage, for enhanced curing and maximum long-term benefit.
- Nil VOC content = 100 % Safe for installers, marine and animal life

- Adhesion dust tests show a significant reduction in surface loss (approximately 30% less) in AQURON 1000 treated concrete.
- Permanent protection of the surface and concrete to provide anti-dusting and an easy-care concrete surface.
