Shrinkage cracking and joint sealant failure led to the Service Yard at Tesco Extra, Galashiels leaking, causing corrosion and paint delamination on the supporting steel work.
NMC Group selected AQURON 7000 colloidal silica hydrogel treatment to waterproof the concrete slab. Additional crack repair and joint sealant works were also carried out to provide a complete package of waterproofing works for this project.
