CONQOR CURE is a hydrogel product applied to the surface of new concrete to provide curing assistance. This internal hydration performance is equal or superior to traditional membrane curing compounds, and exceeds the curing efficiency requirement of AS3799 on hard-trowelled concrete surfaces. CONQOR CURE will not negatively affect the adhesion of subsequent floor coverings or coatings.
The treatment is applied with an atomising sprayer. The surface appears the same as untreated concrete, and no clean-up is required if the correct application rate has been used.
BASIC USE
CONQOR CURE is a permanent, clear treatment/preservative/sealant solution for new concrete. CONQOR CURE has a highly reactive catalytic agent that reacts with free alkali and/or alkaline hydrates, both internally and topically, producing a silica hydrogel that fills the pore spaces and the voids around the aggregate.
CONQOR CURE provides curing by forming a temporary membrane over the surface, then incorporating moisture to improve hydration within the concrete matrix to harden and densify over a period of time. CONQOR CURE does not affect normal concrete colour or appearance.
CURING PERFORMANCE: Independent testing by Cement Australia confirms CONQOR Cure delivers curing performance equivalent to both water curing and an AS3799 film‑forming membrane, across strength development, temperature, internal RH, and chloride resistance (ASTM C1202).
