MARKHAM were tasked with providing a waterproofing and durability enhancement system for the new concrete RGF and SUTW tanks at Oswestry Water Treatment Works, in Shropshire UK near the Welsh border.
This work was to enhance the durability and increase the lifespan of these structures and, probably most importantly, protect the concrete against soft water attack, which is a potential challenge affecting concrete structures in this area.
