AQURON 2000 was supplied and applied to waterproof this key reservoir in Dunedin, and protect the embedded reinforcing steel.
This treatment is part of the CIVIL-TECT system for protecting civil concrete infrastructure – it is so effective for such projects as it penetrates in any direction, to 150mm depth.
The hydrogel locks up any moisture within the concrete itself, increasing the impermeability of the concrete and providing extra durability.
AQURON 2000 is certified for potable water usage.
