Fisher & Paykel Car Park
The concrete in car park floors is under constant threat.
What from? The cars themselves!
- Grinding wear from vehicle traffic
- Moisture-borne contamination
- Detrimental grease and chemicals
These will all have a negative impact on the long-term quality, appearance and durability of the floors.
Protection from Day One
MARKHAM offers long-term protection for car park concrete, using penetrating hydrogel technology. That’s what we did for this structure in Auckland.
- Internal seal – seal the concrete from within for non-abrading long-life protection
- Anti-dusting – both during construction and for the long term
- Penetrating hardener – to a depth of 150mm – no delaminating in later life
This is one of the options of our INFRA-TECT® approach for exposed concrete.
