At the Wintec Car Park in Hamilton – we advised and installed the MARKHAM waterproofing system to the top deck of this double tee construction car park, to prevent water seepage to the levels below.
This is the TOP-TECT system, increasing the durability of the concrete to add years of service life to the structure. Supplied and applied by MARKHAM, the solution used for each project is tailored specifically to the project’s requirements.
