CONQOR IG200 is a negative-side injectable hydrophilic resin for sealing wet and leaking concrete
CONQOR IG200 concrete leak repair system is a cost-effective and environmentally safe solution to stopping water infiltration in below-grade concrete structures.
CONQOR IG200 is a water-based, three-part hydrophilic acrylic resin that is injected through concrete drill holes into the “NEGATIVE SIDE” substrate soil or void, and forms a waterproof hydrogel to seal off cracks, voids, and fissures, including expansion and construction joints. Due to it’s low viscosity, it can penetrate anywhere that water has access and create a resilient, highly elastomeric waterproof seal. Its hydrophilic characteristic is advantageous when sealing wet and leaking concrete.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Concrete Leak Repair – Any below-ground or water-retaining concrete structure where there is permanent water pressure – tunnels, dam walls, underground car parks, water tanks, swimming pools, retaining walls, septic tanks, lift pits, curtain walls etc.
- Preventing water migration – through concrete cracks, expansion joints, construction joints, control joints and cold joints.
- Sealing cracks in concrete – to prevent moisture, chemical or solid contaminant ingress and the resultant deleterious issues.
- PROTECTS THE STRUCTURE
