New School at Clyde Creek
The Clyde Creek Primary School was opened in 2022, part of an ongoing project by the Victorian Government for new schooling across the state. During construction, it was known as the Clyde North Station Primary School.
Both New and Retro Works
MARKHAM was privileged to help with the project. Moisture control treatment was applied to the floor slabs. For some of the buildings this was conducted early, to gain the benefit of enhanced curing. Other sections were retro-applied.
