Background to the Summerset St Johns Project
St Johns is one of the most recent projects from the Summerset aged care group. Constructed in 2023-24, the complex opened the first of its buildings in early 2025.
A Variety of Concrete Needs
The MARKHAM team has been extensively involved in the project across its various buildings.
Our contributions include
- Structural basement waterproofing,
- Moisture control under floor coverings,
- and General durability treatment for exposed concrete.
For us it has been a remarkable demonstration of the versatility of concrete hydrogel treatments.
