This brand new, green field development houses TE’s (Tyco Electric) development arm and is a bespoke, state-of-the-art facility.
For curing, sealing and moisture control to reduce flooring program delays, MARKHAM supplied and applied AQURON 2000 for the concrete slabs in the TE Connectivity project.
This treatment, part of the FLOOR-TECT system, provides protection to the flooring adhesives. The system prevents moisture from rising up and damaging floor coverings that are installed before the concrete is completely dry.
