The Foundation – Luxury Retirement Precinct
The Foundation is a luxury retirement apartment, in the precinct of Parnell, Auckland NZ. It is advertised as “Later life luxury”.
The MARKHAM team were privileged to be involved in sealing and moisture control of the concrete floor slabs and balconies.
The project was under construction 2020-2021, and the application team had to navigate COVID directives along with their regular processes, not to mention some unpredictable weather!
Sealing the Concrete Internally
Penetrating colloidal hydrogel treatment is at the core of MARKHAM’s concrete protection technology. The treatment penetrates to a depth of up to 150mm, sealing the pores of the concrete and surrounding the reinforcing steel with protection.
