At this Mini Showroom, Auckland, we supplied and applied AQURON 2000 for the showroom and office concrete slabs for moisture control to reduce flooring program delays.
This is a key part of the FLOOR-TECT system, for preventing damage to new floor coverings and increasing the durability of concrete long-term.
Concrete typically takes 1 month to dry, per 25mm of thickness. This means a concrete slab 150mm thick will take 6 months to be safe for flooring installation.
The FLOOR-TECT system reduces this time to 28 days, and is entirely compatible with any flooring adhesive that is compatible with concrete.
