For the St Kilda’s Childcare in Cambridge, New Zealand, MARKHAM specified and installed AQURON 2000 flooring moisture control to reduce the risk of delays in opening this fast-build project.

This treatment is part of the FLOOR-TECT system, preventing any residual moisture in the slab from rising up and damaging flooring adhesives. This system allows floor coverings to be installed safely in 28 days, which can be a lot earlier than waiting for the concrete to fully dry at the rate of 25mm thickness per month.
