For sheen enhancement and long-term durability of this exposed concrete high-traffic retail floor, we specified and installed penetrating hydrogel treatment for the project. On this project, we achieved curing and sealing with one treatment.
CONQOR SEAL hydrogel treatment cures, seals, and hardens the concrete to 150mm deep, and it is compatible with any future coatings that are compatible with concrete. This means that the surface will not require a grind for coatings such as line-marking.

The original construction and application was in 2006. These photos were taken 15 years later.
The high surface sheen is a visible result of traffic-related wear and tear on the concrete slab after the treatment is applied. This phenomenon is a testament to the system’s effectiveness in enhancing the surface’s appearance and durability.
